ACE Training are committed to providing young people with the skills and experience they need to succeed in the construction industry. Four of their learners – ‘The Brickie Boys’ – recently won the South East BBC Young Reporter of the Year award for their project ‘How Teenage Guys Are Seen in Society,’ which explores the experiences of young men who choose vocational paths over traditional academic routes. Their story is a great example of how their programmes can build confidence, skills and a sense of purpose. Find out more at https://acetraining.co.uk/news-and-insights
