EmployAbility is a non-for-profit organisation that works with disabled students and graduates, offering support with career planning, job applications and interviews.

EmployAbility run first year, internship and graduate programmes, as well as vacation schemes and training contract opportunities with their inclusive employer partners. They also offer employer insight days and skills workshops to maximise chances of employment.

Students and graduates can take advantage of their service for free by registering on their website.
