Primary care apprenticeship
Working in a Practice can open doors to a variety of careers – both clinical and corporate – in health and social care. Practices work with thousands of people in their local communities, across all ages and all walks of life and no one day is the same.
This Training Programme will provide you with valuable exposure to the primary care environment, enabling you to develop essential skills in customer service, administration and confidentiality.
There may also be an opportunity to learn basic clinical tasks. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while contributing to the efficient delivery of healthcare services within a practice.
Upon successful completion of the training, you will have the opportunity to develop further in clinical or non-clinical career pathways.
