UCAS is working with employers to ensure that they are able to:
- have their apprenticeship or graduate job roles seen, and their story told.
- access a broad talent pool of engaged high quality candidates from all backgrounds.
- promote apprenticeships and early careers side-by-side with university/college.
- connect with future talent at the right time on the right channels, throughout their decision-making journey.
Project Next Generation:
UCAS is carrying out an in-depth study of 13 – 17-year-olds which delves into how young people shape their futures, from subject choices to career paths. This research aims to empower universities, colleges, and employers with the insights they need to deliver support and inspire young decision-makers across the UK. These reports spotlight six key themes: happiness, empowerment, inspiration, confidence, experience, and control. Project Next Generation | UCAS
