Work Experience Suite (WES)
Our flagship platform, the Work Experience Suite (WES), is a comprehensive solution designed to revolutionise the management of work experience programs for educators. The WES is a suite of integrated solutions including a teacher portal, employer portal, student portal, and a student app.
Risk Management
We prioritise safety in all work experience placements by providing comprehensive risk management services. Our process involves meticulous checks and assessments to ensure that each placement adheres to stringent health and safety standards.
Sourced Placements
Securing high-quality work experience placements can be a challenging task. Our team is dedicated to actively engaging and prospecting local employers to create meaningful work experience opportunities for students. We are able to expand the pool of available placements through our extensive database of previously engaged employers thus ensuring that each opportunity aligns with students’ career aspirations, helping them gain relevant experience and advance their professional goals.
Option 1: Essentials Package £995 (ex. VAT) per year.
The essentials package provides a simple tool for a dedicated member of staff to manage and track all placement activity, including risk assessments.
- Employer portal and student app in included (students can submit self -placement details digitally)
- Includes Removes the need for any paperwork.
- Allows real-time tracking and full visibility on student progress
- Automated communication with students, employers and parents.
- Provides you and your team with intuitive tech to automate your processes.
- Clear reporting.
Option 2: Plus Package
This option includes all of the above, plus:
- We oversee all risk management on your behalf.
- This is charged based on the volume of students.
- £995 for Essentials package + £55 per student for overseeing Risk Management
Option 3: 360 Package – costed based on the number of self sourced/sourced placements
- Dedicated portal to manage and track all work placements
- Employer portal and student app in included (students can submit self placement details digitally)
- We oversee all risk management on your behalf.
- All employer engagement taken on by us
- We will source an agreed proportion of placements for your students at a cost of £95 per pupil and £55 per pupil for any self sourced placements. We can discuss a proposed split with you.
