How LinkedIn can help you with your Careers programme – join us in this three hour CPD session with LinkedIn expert trainer, Tony K Silver.

This LinkedIn course is aimed at the senior leadership team, careers leaders and volunteer enterprise advisers who are looking to engage with employers, school alumni and current students – driving improvements in benchmarks 3, 5, 6 and 7.

The LinkedIn profile will be owned by the school and not an individual career leader, and will act as a useful monitoring system for alumni.

What will be covered:

  • Why LinkedIn is important to your students’ futures
  • How you can incorporate LinkedIn into your plans
  • How to use the LinkedIn Company page as the school page
  • How to set up the page so people can access and have admin rights
  • How to post from the page to get engagement
  • How to set up profiles for students and career advisers
  • How to engage the local business community
  • How to reach out to local businesses

There will be a lunch and networking after the course.
