Preparing our young people for the workforce of tomorrow is no easy task. To do this we empower schools and colleges to enhance their career guidance and education. We want every young person to be equipped with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities needed to confidently pursue their chosen path.

Berkshire LEP’s core purpose is to drive and support economic growth across our area. We must also prepare young people to enter the workforce of tomorrow – a fundamental step to achieving good growth. This is something we do in partnership with students, their families and carers, local authorities, schools and colleges, and businesses. Partnership and collaboration are key.
