Young people face many challenges in reaching their aspirations as they move on into adulthood and it can be both exciting and scary for them. They are exposed to unfamiliar surroundings, people and experiences. It’s vital that we make this exciting but difficult move work for them.
The CEC and Berkshire Careers Hub have collated some key resources to help you support your young person with student transitions and preparing for adulthood.
On 17 June, Brighter Futures for Children hosted an event for parents entitled Transitions (educational pathways) for their young people. Berkshire Careers Hub provided a list of supporting resources relating to careers which you can download below.
